Is it elf on the shelf?

Full length custom Elf Jams are available but are EXTREMELY limited at this time due to time constraints and limited resources. They also cost a bit more due to studio time etc. Please inquire for more details.

This is NOT elf on the shelf, however, some parents love to pretend that their elf on the shelf made a personalized elf jam or gram for their child. Prove to your little ones that the elves can not only talk, but they can jam!

No they are not made with Ai. These are completely REAL songs performed by REAL musician elves in Peppermint studios which is tucked away deep in the north pole!

Typical turnaround time is 3-4 business days but the studio is booked and busy so please get your Elf Jam song choices in before holiday cutoff - which is December 21st.

What is your return policy?

We cannot accept returns on customized digital goods like an Elf Jam. Besides, the Elves pour their hearts and souls into these songs for your children so we like to honor their work accordingly!

What Part Of the Song Is Customizable?

The part where the Elf says "Ok parents this is the spot where you can insert a custom elf message for your child....." This is where your personalized note will be recorded by our musician elves. The main hook/chorus of the song will remain the same EXCEPT your child's name will replace any example names you hear in that specific spot. They are there for reference.

Can I have revisions made to my elf jam?

Unfortunately there are no revisions available once you receive your elf jam. Therefore, please be certain that you enter your desired message from elf to child accurately.
